Our Heidler shipping system HVS32 is an integrated software for dispatch handling, control, and optimization of your logistics processes.
Through a multitude of interfaces to ERP-/WMS systems, HVS32 integrates seamlessly into your existing IT-systems and shipping processes. The modular software structure with different function- and carrier modules allows a perfectly coordinated overall solution with a high degree of scalability at any time, matching the individual shipping volume as well as new or changed requirements. You choose whether HVS32 should be used in your company as a black box centrally on a server in the background or interactively with a user frontend directly at the packing station.

Instead of using individual carrier applications (such as DPD Delisprint, UPS Worldship, DHL Easylog, etc.), our Heidler shipping system HVS offers you a central solution with a single interface to the host-system and combines more than 280 carriers in one software.
The integration of new carriers is easy, fast, and cost-effective due to the modular software design. Since all carriers are united in one software, the processes and interfaces are almost identical, no matter whether you print a UPS- or Dachser label. This results in shorter training periods for new employees and a significant reduction in the risk of errors and the general administration and support effort.

With over 280 integrated carriers, HVS offers the largest selection of CEP-transport service providers and freight forwarders compared to other programs.
Due to the modular structure, an existing system can be quickly extended by new carriers and makes special carrier requirements, such as routing/label requests via web service, easily possible.

Interfaces
We offer a variety of interfaces for data exchange between shipping- and host-systems (such as ERP, WMS). Thus, merchandise management, warehouse management, or shop systems can be optimally connected with the appropriate interface technology.
The HVS offers defined standard interfaces to simplify the initial connection.
Individual interfaces can, of course, be implemented and adapted.
With a central interface to the HVS, you have full flexibility in the choice of carrier.
Extension Modules
The basic functions of the HVS can be expanded with many extension modules and plug-ins, allowing you to put together a system perfectly tailored to your requirements.
Possible extension functions are, for example, multi-client capability, determination of the best package price, freight cost check, mail notification to the package recipient, download and provision of package status data for shipment tracking, package release via mobile handheld device (MDE) during loading, and checking the destination address.
