We provide help with all questions relating to HVS32, associated communication components and additional modules. Supported by our ticket system and Teamviewer, we can offer you fast and competent help.
Within the scope of a software support contract, you have the possibility to reach our qualified support team from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 17.00 o’clock by mail and phone.
Emergency on-call service
Extensions of support hours, assistance with system changes on weekends, or emergency on-call service are available on request.
With our emergeny on-call service the standard software support can be extended Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
