The HVS32 base version provides the foundation for optimizing your shipping
solutions and can be individually adapted to your needs with numerous shipping- and
expansion functions. Standard features include, for example, printing shipping labels
according to carrier specifications, determining route data, and handling the transport
options and services offered. Nowadays HVS32 combines over 280 carriers in one software.

The printing of loading lists, bills of lading and manifests, and the subsequent
transmission of EDI-data to the carrier take place when the parcels are handed over;

the feedback of tracking links and parcel status data to the pre-system also increases
transparency in the complete order system.

The printing can be done on label printers (Citizen, Datamax, Zebra, or similar), via
automatic printers/applicators (Logopack, Bluhm, or similar), or as a pure print file
(PDF, PRN, or similar).

Of course, scaling the dispatch processing with our HVS is possible without any
problems – no matter whether you start with 100 parcels per day or already process
100,000 parcels per day.
