We would like to inform all GLS customers that there will be changes regarding the GLS UniBox in the near future. More and more shipping service providers are moving their shipping label creation systems from individual local solutions to web-based services. By 31.03.2024 at the latest, the current GLS UniBox will be deactivated and replaced by the advanced ShipIT Cloud Service. We would like to point out that customers who have not yet switched to the Ship-IT system are asked to contact their GLS contact person immediately. Furthermore, the switchover must also be requested directly through our support. This switch-off is not only planned in Germany, but also affects the following countries:
Austria: end of 2023
France: End of 2023
Switzerland: 31.03.2024
